Hot chocolate fiber runs from 0 to 1 gram in most mugs, because packet mixes and cafe style recipes use only a little cocoa. Stir 2 tablespoons of natural cocoa powder into milk yourself and the same mug climbs to about 4 grams.

Iced tea fiber is zero in almost every glass: USDA lists unsweetened brewed iced tea at 0 grams, and bottled teas from Arizona, Pure Leaf and Brisk declare no fiber either. The rare exception is a fortified tea drink like Special K2o, which adds polydextrose to reach 5 grams.
Drinks with Fiber
Bubble tea fiber is close to zero in most cups: USDA lists a cup of bubble tea at 0.24 grams, and bottled milk teas from Pocas, Ino Tea and Lady Boba declare 0 grams. The exception is boba made with konjac pearls, which can reach 3 grams a bottle.
Drinks with Fiber
Coconut water fiber is zero: the USDA record for unsweetened coconut water and labels from Vita Coco and Real Coconut Water all show 0 grams. The fiber in a coconut lives in the white meat, while the water’s strengths are potassium and light, low calorie hydration.
Drinks with Fiber
Kombucha fiber is essentially zero: bottles from Health-Ade, Humm and GT’s declare no fiber at all on their USDA records. Kombucha brings live cultures and a light, fizzy alternative to soda, so your fiber still has to come from food or a fiber enriched drink.
Drinks with Fiber
On green juice vs smoothie fiber, the smoothie wins easily: bottled green juices list 0 to 3 grams, while a blended glass of greens, pear and chia can pass 15 grams. Juicing strips out most of the fiber that blending keeps.
Drinks with Fiber
Yes, smoothies keep their fiber when you blend whole fruit, because the blender breaks food into smaller pieces without removing it. Smoothies fiber drops when the base is juice, which is why many bottled smoothies land near 1 or 2 grams.
Drinks with Fiber
Apple juice fiber comes to about 0.5 grams per cup, roughly a tenth of what a medium apple gives. Even cloudy, unfiltered cider lists under 1 gram, and most of the vitamin C in many apple juices is added.
Drinks with Fiber
A cup of orange juice has about 0.5 grams of fiber, and most cartons list 0 grams whether they’re pulp free or extra pulp. Orange juice fiber barely changes with pulp content, so the fiber has to come from the rest of the meal.
Drinks with Fiber
Does coffee have fiber? A little: researchers measured about 0.47 to 0.75 grams of soluble fiber per 100 milliliters of brewed coffee, or roughly 1 to 2 grams in an 8 ounce cup. Standard nutrition databases still list it at zero.
